I like this place a lot.The office receptionist is great and the doctors assistant is very personable and willing to help out .Dr Kelsie Effrein is so nice, and she's always looking out for my best interests.
The doctor is pleasant and attentive. She listens and presents information in an understandable fashion. However, the office is small. I had the first appointment of the day, and the office opened almost 15 minutes late because no one was there. Also, I can't even get a simple prescription refill without booking another appointment even though I was told I wouldn't need to come back for a year.
Jennifer and Shelly was excellent in the front office and put me at ease immediately when I walked in. Dr. Effrein was extremely kind and communicative with her diagnosis and I highly recommend her practice and the team that helps support her.
The whole office, from Intake Coordinator, to Miriam, to Dr. Effreim, is kind and professional. They ALWAYS look you in the eye when speaking to you, answer ALL questions with Respect & Thoughtfulness, and genuinely brighten my day. Pretty unusual when going to have a procedure done which is yucky… Massive KUDOS to On the Move Podiatry! If possible, I’d walk several miles on these crooked, flat feet to stay with your practice!!
Dr. Effrein is one of the best podiatrist that I have ever had. I highly recommend her for any foot problems that you may have.
