At first this place was great, then it nose dived. You won't be treated with respect, you won't understand their methods. Sorry I hate to say it but On The Mark Homes is no longer on the Mark! They have great contractors to build their nice homes, but don't care enough to pay those contractors! I would never use them if that's how they run their business!
I have worked on many projects with them . There are a lot of home builders in Saskatoon. What makes this one different? A fully serviced woodworking shop and team allows clients to have unique features and woodworking finishes put into their homes at a fraction of the cost.
The OTM team is one of the best. Working with Mark has been an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. He has gone above and beyond on many occasion whether it be his time, planning, resourcing options, explaining details, making sure something was done correctly or just putting in hours to get things done. His attention to detail is evident and he has an wonderful cohesive style. He works to have you living in a home he himself would be proud to live in.
