I called to speak with Mr. **** about one of my gutters that was rusted as I was still covered under warranty! When I called him to inquire about coming to look at the gutter, he put me on hold and never returned to the phone! I called back later, and finally got the chance to speak with him. I reexplained the situation again and asked if someone could come look at the gutter. I even offered to send pictures of the gutter that was rusted.
