Chris Bauer has been my tech for years now! Even though we go months between service calls he always remembers my house and my heat/ac set up. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure he answers any questions before leaving. Chris is a pleasure to work with and On The Mark is very lucky to have him on their team!

I had a great experience with On The Mark. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment and they even called to move me up when somebody else cancelled. Chris came out and diagnosed my furnace, thoroughly explained everything he found wrong with it (a cracked heat exchange, motor leaking oil, and a bad igniter), and explained my options, repair or replace.
