I have been using On The Mark since 2022. Chris has been my tech 4 out of 7 visits. He consistently provides next level service that should be recognized. He’s incredibly thorough in his process and educates you on your system and maintenance. He most recently completely refreshed my system and installed an air purifying system that I’m already happy with and seeing a difference. Our furnace broke right in the middle of the Chicago freezing weather. I called On the Mark, and one of their dispatchers had a repairman out within not even a couple of hours of my call. He came, took the whole furnace apart, did an inspection, explained everything in great detail, showed us the parts and pictures, and gave us our options.
