James Tarling did a very good presentation of the company and what to expect in my package HVAC replacement. Initially the price quote for three products options, was higher than expected. He worked with me. Repriced additional discounts for my 96-year-old Marine veteran father-in-law. I was in town for a short visit and this purpose. He was able to do it the next day.
