He was great he know what to do very help full
We have two HVAC systems. We had both systems installed by OTM. The techs arrived on time and finished on time but during testing, diagnosed a faulty heat exchanger. The whole furnace was replaced in a timely manner. They left the furnace room clean. The gas and drain runs were neatly done. They explained the install and equipment function while they were here. Super techs. I will gladly have them back in the future for service and maintenance. We HIGHLY recommend On The Mark. They are our HVAC company.
Mark was great at helping me get service promptly and fairly. Alex was a very knowledgeable tech who knew his stuff. He took the time to explain the issues and provided me with my options and costs. Great experience.
I woke up to a cold house on a single digit temperature day in January. Out of need for a quick response I googled HVAC repair near me. I chose On The Mark because they were geographically close by and were not a big sponsored company. I was happy to know that a service man could be there within a few hours.
