On The Mark did a great job with my furnace installation. Everything was explained with detail, I was given multiple affordable plans to choose from, and the installation itself was done very professionally. All of the people I met with were very polite as well. Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris, James, and Carlos, and there was another technician with Carlos, but I did not get their profile messaged to me, but thank you all for the excellent work!

Today it was time for AC maintenance! Our system is nearly 17 years old! Chris was the tech today and did an amazing job explaining what he was doing, what issues we are facing and offering a variety of options for us to choose! Love that there is no pressure or over selling!! Chris does a great job with friendly and professional communication! Five stars all day!!
Yesterday Chris from On the Mark Heating and Air was at my house for my a/c and furnace tune ups, and also cleaned my dryer vent. Chris is absolute The BEST. . Everyone at OTM - from Mark himself to all the technicians, and Stephanie and Alaina (did I spell that correct?) who take all the calls are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help - I recommend OTM every chance I get.
