Chris and Mark were outstanding in there information on AC and furnace! Very customer oriented and very kind!
I had a new AC installed. Chris came out to troubleshoot. He is knowledgeable and professional. It took a couple visits, eventually it all worked out. There was a user learning curve as well as the technicians learning the system. This company in the 5 years I’ve worked with them has been nothing but fair, honest and thorough. In the years I’ve been working with this organization, every visit has the same professionalism.
Had my AC cleaned and inspected by Ken from On The Mark Heating & AC. He showed up on time and did a thorough job and even answered a couple of questions I had. Ken is very personable, respectful, friendly and especially knowledgeable. Definitely would use On The Mark Heating & AC again!
