On the Mark Heating & Air tech Omar was great! He explained everything he was doing and how my furnace parts were working or not working. What exactly needed repair, maintenance, or replacing. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and kept everything clean. Would absolutely call again if I encounter any issues and would recommend the company to others.

Caesar was super competent, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our heater issue as I definitely would recommend him and On the Mark again
Omar was great and very professional. Explained in detail what he did and why. I switched to on the mark heating and air within the past year because a similar company was trying to overcharge and couldn’t solve my issue. I called on the mark and they had it fixed and out my door in less than an hour when 3 techs from another company couldn’t solve it. Highly recommend their service.
I hate that it took me this long to write the review. Our furnace died during the cold snap at the end of January. Taking a recommendation from my brother we called On The Mark and they had Chris out that day to look over the unit. Our unit was about 30 years old and we'd been able to keep it alive replacing parts but this time it was not so simple and we opted to replace it.
