Update: Had our first furnace tune-up with On the Mark. Since it was not an emergency we scheduled 2 weeks out. Eduardo showed up on time, OTM kept us updated on his arrival time. We wanted a surge protector on the furnace just in case. Later that night we noticed the furnace wasn't kicking on so we called OTM and Eduardo showed up within the hour.
