Update: Excellent experience yesterday with Chris B. He found and fixed a faulty capacitor and wiring on my A/C that caused it to fail right at the start of this heat wave. He also advised me on eventually replacing my very old system, without any sales schtick. Very much appreciated! Great experience with Alex T. He diagnosed a fault with our furnace and explained all of the technical details (I am an engineer / geek as well), and he provided some suggestions for how the furnace's operation could be improved in the future.
Chris was very thorough in his explanation of the work scope and presented a comprehensive overview of the options. Great workmanship and results.
On The Mark did a great job with my furnace installation. Everything was explained with detail, I was given multiple affordable plans to choose from, and the installation itself was done very professionally. All of the people I met with were very polite as well. Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris, James, and Carlos, and there was another technician with Carlos, but I did not get their profile messaged to me, but thank you all for the excellent work!
