Well, truly can’t say enough good things about the this experience. The technician, Chris Bauer provide an excellent A+ plus experience. He’s like the professor of HVAC. Nobody can ever predict or control when you’re going to have a problem with a home mechanical unexpected repair. So here we are with 98 degree heat and no cold air coming from the vents. The two technicians that were sent to diagnose our issue were outstanding. They walked us thru everything they were doing and were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Got a quote to us within minutes. I’ll be using On The Mark for my future hvac needs. Stephanie, whom I spoke with to schedule was great as well and put us on schedule the day of call.
On the Mark came out to service out two central AC units. There were some issues discovered with our units, including damage to the wiring due to squirrels building a nest inside. Considering the age and condition of our AC units, the situation wasn't ideal. Pat gave me a number of different options, including scheduling an appointment to get an estimate from a salesperson to give a full quote on replacing our system with new units.
