Reached out in the morning on this 90+ degree day after my A/C stopped working, and Chris was able to come out and do my repair same day. They made it possible with my work schedule and explained everything I needed to know about my system, including maintenance options and expected life. I will definitely be using On The Mark again in the future!

On the Mark Heating & Air in Hoffman Estates, came this morning and my Tech Chris Bauer just as patient as can be, and very informative, did a great job, wasn't pushy on up selling me product. I like his companies approach! Chris explained what was wrong, what could go wrong, and he could fix it for a very reasonable price but, my diagnosis wasn't pretty & Chris was HONEST & that goes a long way with me. They have good service. Knowledgeable technicians. But when you need parts? They'll mark-up a $21 capacitor that's made in china to $300 to $400. Now that I know that... if I choose to use them again, I won't use their parts. I"ll find out what's needed and order it myself.
Ryan did an excellent job. Worked very efficiently and had great recommendations/communication. Everytime On the Mark comes out they do a great job. Highly recommend!
