Chris is excellent technician , very much detail oriented in his work. He explained all the problems and condition of our heater and fixed the problem.

Called for an estimate to do some work which did not include replacing 2 perfectly functional units. The tech took one look at it and then spent the next five minutes trying to convince me to purchase new units, instead of providing an estimate to do what I called him to do. So long story short, $89 for a quick look, and then several minutes of having to listen to a sales pitch. Even though I told him I was not interested in replacing fully functioning units. I love the 5 star service from this company. They put a brand new hvac system in my house and do the yearly maintenance. Highly recommend using this company. The owner Mark is very personable.
