Excellent service. I worked with Omar Ali and he helped to diagnose AC system. He also explained the issue that caused. I would highly recommend for anything related to HVAC system rather is installation, maintenance or repairs.
Our AC went out on hottest day of year. We called and service rep Cesar was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed issue and provided repaired unit. He gave us three future repair options. The work was completed timely and cleanly. Rep was professional and knowledgeable.
I was trying to find companies that had 5 stars when I was searching for Ac companies that could install new units. Now I understand why this one is 5 stars. First off, let me say thank you to Omar for trying to fix our dead AC when our home warranty company dropped the ball so bad. He tried to get us up and running while we waited for the new system to come, I felt bad for this guy, he tried everything in his power to provide us some relief when we had been a month without AC. We had called On the Mark as our A/C went out and out home warranty company was not doing anything to help us. Brent came out and did an extensive review of the system. They were very knowledgeable and up front about everything. When it came time to install we had Jack, Omar and Carlos come out. They were all very professional and did a wonderful job. They went over everything with us and did outstanding work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Mark and Eric installed my new furnace and A/C system with humidifier and air cleaner. All done in a matter of hours. I went out for the evening, came home and what a difference! The air in my house smells refreshing and I woke up without congestion. So thrilled! They did a great job and I would highly recommend On the Mark!
