My cousin used On the mark at his company and recommended On the mark to install an air conditioner and furnace in my home. I am a senior and I Don't know anything about the equipment so they set me up with a service maintenance plan to come out for checkups. For the annual, Ryan Mountain serviced my ac and furnace. He was courteous and experiencedand took the time to explain everything. I'm happy to say my AC and furnace are in good shape. He did a good job.
… HUGE UPDATE! I never felt like this company would ever deceive its clients…I was wrong. I called the manufacturer and you DO NOT have to buy the yearly maintenance program or any maintenance program to maintain the validity of your manufacturer’s warranty…..please call Daikin Heating and Air Conditioning to validate my statement. Nothing like your house quickly struggling to maintain AC on a holiday weekend! Called and within 45 min we had a technician coming for an estimate. Chris was so helpful and explained everything! We will definitely be using their yearly maintenance plan to check for issues prior to failure. Kind and caring!
