After hiring Mark to put in my landscaping in my new home was very pleased but because I wanted mote flowers rather than bushes and since we hired them to maintain the yard. Mark talked me into easier maintenance which they did great for a few years then more blowing less work started to happen. We complained but since there is no quality control again it went down hill.
