Blackened Grill Mix was AMAZING as always! I had the Catfish Victoria (grilled) and my honey had the blacked red fish. Both were delicious! Too full for dessert but made sure we got our Mississippi Mud Pie to go! No one makes it better! AND there was live music! It was a great 48th Birthday! Thank You!

Our favorite place for seafood when we visit family in Gonzales.
Had the Charbroiled oysters. They were some of the best I ever had & I had quite a few in my day. Will be going back. I was very impressed with the friendly staff & great service. Also ordered an oyster poboy which I was too full to eat. Took it home & ate it for supper. It still was great. Can’t wait to go back!
Just moved here 2 weeks ago and had been wanting to try this restaurant everyday I drive by it. Went in tonight at 7:35 and seated myself at the bar as there was no host staff and the sign said to seat myself. The place was relatively busy. The 1 bartender walks up after a minute and says what can I get you very matter of factly. I order a diet coke. He returned with my beverage, slapped the menus down beside me, and walked off. Went to have dinner in the bar area at 600pm only to find all seating tables were reserved. Going to have to find another watering hole.
Great place! Always consistently good! New Orleans Ribeye special was the da bomb! And the Grilled Redfish was great too! Friendly staff and always courteous!
