Service was terrible my girlfriend and I waited about an hour before we finally left the establishment. Server took more than 10 minuets to get us a drink, after we had ask for a refill she never brought back our drinks, people who had arrived after us had gotten their food fairly quick and the servers were more attentive to others. No updates on our food were given between the one hour period we were there.

Every time I try to place an order for carry out it is a problem. First, they stopped preparing food at a certain time and second, my order was going to be delayed due to being short a cook. Unfortunately, it has not ever been a good experience. Food is good the but can never get to place an order. Terrible!

We have been going to this restaurant for. A year with great results..food always delicious wait staff great ECT ...but went tonight to just get a cheeseburger and were sadly sadly disappointed..the burger was advertised as hand made and char grilled...it was neither.also very dry ..it was a frozen patty fried on griddle and almost tastless..the salad was warm and wilted very disappointed in the whole meal ..the only redeeming factor was the hand cut French fries..we have sent many friends to this restaurant but won't again ... read more
