We've used OTG since being relocated here 7 years ago. The OTG team has been very responsive to us when we call. They cut our lawn, mulch the beds, trim the bushes, create new beds - move some shrubs when needed and aerate and seed our yard in the fall - a total lawn care package. Recently after aerating the lawn, it was discovered they nicked our new neighbor's invisible dog fence that is apparently within our property line. We have been On The Green clients for years! This season there has been a significant decline in service, from calls into the office, to services performed throughout my landscape. It's clear that they were purchased by a larger company who are more interested in collecting money vs providing customized lawn and landscape services. It's a shame to see the quick decline.
Bad service. I felt threatened by a guy today. I want to give them 0 star. Updated: I called to ask to speak with the manager as I was told. The front desk girl took my name and phone number and said the manager Amy will call me back. It’s been 3 days and heard nothing from them. This tells me they doesn’t care about their customers concerns but rather keep their staffs safe. Maybe the guy that threatened me is also a manager or owner. Take your business elsewhere. They ask you to pay for services that you don’t agree to. And won’t provide proof of a contract signed.
DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OR GET SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. The On The Green company that you see all these great reviews from is no more. On the Green has been bought out and have become absolutely atrocious to deal with. They are no longer the “mom and pop” company that earned them the reviews you are reading previously. Do yourself a favor and sort by “new” on these reviews and you will see what this company has become.
