HOA needs to give attention to landscape. Facility is older, paint looks good. Safe location.
The newest board is a joke. They take your money and put it in the bank but don’t do any maintenance. Stay away or sell as soon as possible
Worst place I have ever lived! The HOA board is trash. The Manager, Brady, whose mom and dad are on the board makes up rules and retaliates against people he doesn’t like. While cleaning the yard, he threw trash on our back porch because he was too lazy to take it to the trash can. We approached him about it and he said he was going to “pick it up later”.
