There was a bit of trouble with my internet running slowly. Nick was very patient and extremely helpful guiding me through the application process. It was very easy to get approved and get my machine.

Once we decided to purchase an Inogen he helped us decide which unit was best for us. He also got us the best price possible on both the unit and the backpack, which is important to a retired couple on a fixed income. There was never a strong sales tactic .. just good information and abundant patience.
I was in need of help and Josh came to the rescue. I ordered a portable oxygen and received it today. It is a #6 and I needed a #4. He handled all of the paperwork and will be sending me the correct one in a box with return address for sending back the #6. He was very polite and thorough in his work. Thank you Josh.
