Buyers beware had many problems first of all promised to ship it two days I would get it took almost 9 days to get it. UPS lost it and of course they buy UPS as they say once that leaves their hands. It’s not their problem. Well, they use UPS so yes, it is their problem if a company keeps losing their merchandise for people that need the oxygen number two a week after owning this machine which I guess I should’ve bought it straight from Inogen itself I bought one of their more expensive ones $2500.
