It alll started when I sprained my ankle doing a body attack class. 6 months later it was not getting any better. I decided to see Sandy and to my surprise she fixed it! Monthly massages and another 6mths later my ankle is as good as new. I now see Sandy monthly, for my sports massages and she attend to all my injuries. I recommend Sandy to all my friends and look forward to my monthly massage & catch up with her.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Sandy was was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her technique was perfect — firm where it needed to be, relaxing throughout, and she intuitively knew how to ease every area of tension. And the space felt clean, calming, and welcoming! 5 star for my experience !
I find Sandy at On the go massage therapy amazing. She is very professional and really listens to my concerns, being mindful of my medical limitations while addressing my issues. I highly recommend.
