Same day service was great, got my ac working.
Good service.
Professional, courteous and attentive to customer needs.
Our experience with this business was very disappointing. I DO NOT recommend this business. The front office lady Sabrina was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She has no business working with people at all. She yelled and hung up on my mother that was seeking help to get more information to get her ac working. My mother is a senior citizen and did not deserve that at all. This lady was hostile and clearly needs to work on her costumer service skills. Respectfully, Ramie Garcia Army Veteran
