I will definitely call On The Go Heating and Cooling for any future needs, and will refer my friends. From the first phone call, the staff did their best to get our HVAC system repaired as quickly as possible, the repairman that came to diagnose the problem within a few hours, was polite, competent, and efficient. He explained the cause and soon our new system was up and running. Thank you On The Go Heating and Cooling for putting the customer first!
Was quoted 4k to replace the compressor on our HVAC. Decided to call these guys for a second opinion. Turns out there was a wire lose that was causing the air to be not as cold. LITERALLY saved us thousands of dollars, headaches and stress. Will be using them from here on out. Thanks guys.
The HVAC tech was very professional. The front desk lady is extremely rude. I will not be recommending any services from this company due to my phone experience. Our AC is still not working. Your employee Sabrina needs improvement on customer service.
