TLDR: The Alchemy community is a family who love to workout together and have fun!! If I could give it more than five stars I would. When I moved to Nashville for graduate school at Vanderbilt, I wanted to find a gym close so I could go between classes/lab. There are other gyms in the area but Alchemy was the perfect fit. Absolutely love this gym community! The coaches are top notch, and there are no egos. Everyone shows up, works hard to meet or reach whatever fitness goals they have set for themselves, and has fun doing it. It’s a real community of likeminded people from all walks of life who want to keep moving and better themselves. All workouts are scalable, and it’s not an intimidating place at all. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, it’s been a space where everyone feels welcome—no matter your experience level, background, or goals. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress. They take the time to understand your individual needs and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported, challenged, and confident. It’s rare to find a place that combines expertise with such an inclusive, encouraging community, but this gym truly does.
Alchemy Fitness is a FANTASTIC gym family if you want to get into really good shape and you don’t know how. I am 61 years old and have been going to Alchemy for 5 months.
