I was so incredibly happy with the work that was done. My roof was already past replacement. Jim and the crew did an amazing job under tough conditions. They also took their time to show me exactly how poor the original house builder completed the roof originally. I had several problems over the years. Now I know why. These were all fixed up and I couldn’t be happier. The crew also did an amazing cleanup job. I can’t recommend On The Edge enough.

This company is unreliable. We were completely jerked around and given one excuse after another for months. We eventually had to find a different company to do the work.

I think a little too much of a hurry to finish the job. No chaulk lines struck so the top rows are off. They told me the roof was off but the old shingles were placed straight and rows matched up. Roofing paper material hanging out the edges. Last row of veranda roof laid over the old shingles. There was supposed to be a reason for that but I didn't understand it. No leaks though and a relatively reasonable price.

Jim was excellent to deal with - he was very polite and professional and of the multiple roofing companies I initially called (to come do an inspection as I suspected some shingles I found on the ground may have blown off my roof), he was the only one who would. Unfortunately the weather prevented that for a time (since December and January offer quite varied weather!) and my roof developed a leak but Jim came as soon as it was safe to go up on the roof and repaired it.
