It was horrible. Person came out didn't measure properly. Put 20,000 in renovations and the appraisal came back 30,000 below the original appraisal from the year before. Person acted dumb founded on the phone. Was told bad time of year. The appraisal was the exact same time as last year. Zillow show our house went up. The person didnt not know the definition of a bedroom in accordance to the international residentual code. They really screwed up our lives.
