Actually found the shopping experience to be DISTURBING to say the least. Your followed around from the door like you're a thief. If you're gonna follow us around atleast offer some customer service so we wouldn't feel so targeted.

Very helpful staff. They offer to help and are very helpful if you need assistance finding something. Not sure why others are complaining because they don't hover or bug you if you're just browsing. Great selection on the men's side, and my wife and daughter like the ladies' clothes. Always stop in when I am in town. Use mail order also, and they ship very promptly. One of my favorite stores, especially because of the staff.
I can not "THANK - BROTHER'S" enough for the great shopping experience that I had. I was in need of an outfit for a concert with not a lot of time to shop. Thank you for getting me concert ready in style.

It seems that I've had the same experience as several others; while trying to shop in peace the workers followed me around like I was going to steal something. I couldn't turn around without someone right on me. I get it, you want that commission but guess what, I have $150 to spend and now I think I'd rather sell the gift cards then go back there. There's a difference in being available versus stalking. Good luck with keeping customers if that's how you treat customers.

Today was my first time shopping here. I found two lovely dress on a sale rack clearly labeled $10-$30. When purchasing the items, one was $44 and the other $42.12. I questioned the price as it was on a rack clearly labeled $10-$30. More over, there were multiples of the items on that rack, which suggests to me they do belong there.
