It's very obvious that a lot of care and effort goes into choosing the clothes and things to sell at this store. Brother's always has the highest quality and cutting edge styles available imo. The employees are amazing. The sales staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about anything you need to know. I don't understand the previous reviews about racist undertones and such, because I've spoken with many of them at length and not a single employee on the sales floor is racist. The customer service associates followed me a round as if I was a juvenile shoplifter, and made both myself and a friend of mine, extremely uncomfortable. I was interested in purchasing a few shirts, and told him I was just looking.....after 5 min of the stalking, my friend and I left

Not only was my salesman extremely nice & attentive but I opened the mail today & received a hand written post card. If that isn’t great customer service skills then I don’t know what is!! #ShopBrothersOnTheBoulevard
Cute clothes, decent prices, horrible customer service. The sales girls follow you around the store so much, that you cant breathe. I went to try on a couple of outfits, and was surprised to find there is no lock on the doors to the fitting rooms. i asked for another room and was informed that none of the rooms have locks, but that they would all stand in front of the door and attend it. 🙄Awkward. This place sucks in so many ways. The sales ladies will follow you all over the store, they follow so close they are basically breathing down your neck. It is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced shopping. They make you feel like you are about to steal something the whole time. They think they are being nice and helpful when they are just being rude and extremely annoying. If I wanted help I would ask.
