Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

Decent enough. – I try to avoid chain restaurants if I can but it was late, it was raining, and we didn't want to drive around all over the place. By biggest complaint with On The Border was the service - we were seated promptly enough, but it took forever for the server to bring chips and salsa, and take our drink order. Once she delivered the food, we didn't see her until she brought the check. And honestly, would it really hurt to smile once in a while?? OTB's menu was extensive.
