Staff very helpful getting you trained to be able to ride the wave runner up and down the stretch off of the beach and have a great time.
We had such an amazing time for our 2 year anniversary today! Tony and Henry were phenomenal and helped us through everything! Awesome staff and amazing experience!!!
This team is awesome and very personable! Right away when we arrived, we were greeted by them and got our week set up (renting the beach chairs/umbrellas and scheduling our Everglades tour). We were always greeted by our names and Henry did an awesome job of getting our chairs set up right away. The Everglades tour was nice as we didn't rent a car upon arriving, so it was nice to be transported to the Everglades Holiday Park. Was very rude and poor customer Service. Ended leaving and going to another place that wasn't rude.. Customer service isn't on their list of things they are good at....
