Two very kind gentleman came exactly as expected. Met with my husband and I, reviewed our concerns and gave us a full explanation. Very impressed with response time and service. Will definitely keep their number handy.
Matt and his assistant Cole did a wonderful job taking care of my kitchen faucet replacement. They were quick and professional. Kudos to them and also to Erica, the dispatcher. She called me to let me know that they were on their way. She is personable and professional. Thanks again to everyone at On the Ball Plumbing for taking care of me!

I had a serious hot water heater issue but didn’t know that until the boys took a deeper look…Matt and Brody with OnThe Ball diagnosed the problem and we talked… haven’t met two more committed people who simply wanted to help us out and fix the problem.
