I thought orthotics was for older people and they were always ugly. Wrong and wrong. Julia found me a beautiful pair of orthotic boots and sent it through insurance so they were fully paid for directly. On top of that, I discovered my right foot is a half size smaller than my left foot. Who knew? She adjusted the one shoe on the spot when Ali picked the boots up. She’s got a cool lab in the back where she does her magic.
Julia was great helping find the right compression socks and giving tips to put them on and care for them.
I had a great experience at On The Ball Orthotics. As a first-timer, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. The environment was warm and inviting, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!
