I highly recommend On Target for their services. Keona was the customer service representative that responded to my inquiry, and she was amazing in fitting my son's apartment into the teams busy schedule. Always responded back timely and took the extra mile to help . Excellent customer service! Don, who was the technician was also fabulous. He provided updates on his arrival, and once arrived he did an analysis on the area's to be cleaned. Then made sure all area's were cleaned to perfection. On target was great to work with. I loved scheduling my services online and they flexible with my schedule to make the appointment when it worked for me. Don was my technician, he was kind and hard-working. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I can't recommend this company enough. They are prompt, communicative, and eagar to help! They performed mold remediation and duct cleaning/fogging for me and did a fantastic job. Their crews are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
