I give this carpet cleaning company 5 stars, plus an extra for their outstanding service. Manuel and the team worked hard cleaning our thick, wall-to-wall carpet, covering about 1,000 square feet. On Target Carpet Service sent Joe to clean my elderly father’s carpets. When Joe arrived, he heard my father in distress inside the house. Joe quickly stepped in to help and called an ambulance, showing true kindness and care. We are very grateful for the compassion shown. On Target Carpet Service has cleaned the carpets at my mother-in-law’s house several times, and she recommended them to me when we moved into our new home in Brockton and needed the carpets refreshed. russell was very professional. when i called On Target Carpet Service, he answered right away, set up my appointment on the first call, and gave me a quote that matched what we paid. we have a medical office with lots of foot traffic and some really tough stains from patients, so the carpets looked pretty bad and hadn't been cleaned in a while. after using their stain remover and cleaning, our carpets look almost brand new. great hands-on service and very professional from start to finish. the price was also budget friendly.... read more
I really appreciate how quickly and kindly they responded to my carpet cleaning request. We had a big red wine spill on our area rug, so I called early in the morning, expecting to leave a message. Instead, someone answered right away and talked through what I needed and how they could help. Even though I ended up not needing the service, I’m still very grateful for their friendly and prompt communication and how available they were.
