On Target Carpet Service has cleaned the carpets at my mother-in-law’s house several times, and she recommended them to me when we moved into our new home in Brockton and needed the carpets refreshed. They sent out two workers, Manuel and Joe, who did an excellent job. They were very detailed and took extra care with some tough stains that had been there for a while. russell was very professional. when i called On Target Carpet Service, he answered right away, set up my appointment on the first call, and gave me a quote that matched what we paid. we have a medical office with lots of foot traffic and some really tough stains from patients, so the carpets looked pretty bad and hadn't been cleaned in a while. after using their stain remover and cleaning, our carpets look almost brand new. great hands-on service and very professional from start to finish. the price was also budget friendly.... read more
I really appreciate how quickly and kindly they responded to my carpet cleaning request. We had a big red wine spill on our area rug, so I called early in the morning, expecting to leave a message. Instead, someone answered right away and talked through what I needed and how they could help. Even though I ended up not needing the service, I’m still very grateful for their friendly and prompt communication and how available they were.
I recently had my carpets and grout cleaned, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. Joe and Russell were prompt and professional, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They did an amazing job on my carpets, getting rid of stains and making them look fresh and clean. My grout looks like new again—better than it has in years! They were both friendly and really knew what they were doing.
