We had our carpet cleaned after an animal had stained it while living under our protective cover during the winter. Trenton and Bryson, from the team, did a remarkable job of eliminating the stains. They were professional, courteous, and arrived right on time in Kannapolis. I would certainly engage their services again.

I was quite satisfied. They even managed to eliminate some old pet stains that the previous cleaning service could never get rid of. I am advising everyone to use their services.

On Target Carpet Cleaning communicated effectively prior to their arrival. They were ahead of schedule and were therefore able to come sooner than the scheduled time. The team, led by Bryson, did an excellent job explaining the procedure, including the drying time, amongst other details. I hired them to clean both my carpets and my couches in my Kannapolis home. The results were impressive, both the carpet and couches turned out fantastic.
