we had an old persian carpet with lots of stains, faded colors, torn ends, and some threads coming out. the edges were all bent too. it was so bad that if it wasn’t special to us, we might have just thrown it away. after trenton worked on it, he did amazing work and brought it back to life. it took some time, but we didn't mind waiting. the stains were gone, the colors looked fresh again, and he fixed the edges and ends perfectly. really wonderful carpet cleaning and repair, i would recommend this service to anyone.
I recently came home to find my house in Kannapolis flooded after a pipe burst. I called a carpet cleaning company and they sent Preston and his team out to help right away. They were very helpful and handled the water damage cleanup in a professional way. After everything was fixed, I also had them clean some extra rooms of carpet, and the results were fantastic. The service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I highly recommend On Target Carpet Cleaning. Hand-knotted silk and wool rugs really need to be hand-washed to keep them in top shape. Using machines can actually damage these delicate rugs and can end up costing a lot more. Shaun cleaned my valuable wool rug and it came out super soft and spotless. During the freeze storm, our hot water heater froze and flooded the whole house while we were away. When we got home and saw the mess, we called On Target Carpet Cleaning. Bryson arrived first thing in the morning, quickly extracted all the water from our carpets, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything out.
