I gave a $100 deposit for a repair and he took the TV to his “shop” and I never saw the tv again.
Mr Nelson and ON Site TV Repair were experts at their Knowledge and their work. Mr Nelson diagnosed my problem right away and ordered my part and installed it with ease. I truly recommend you giving them your business because they are worth it!
What ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. He is a thief and a liar and still has our $2,000 TV. He won't answer his phone and won't return any calls and we have been very kind so far. He started fixing our TV several months ago and it's been one missed appointment after another but we kept giving him another chance because he seems like a very nice Christian man, but he is not, do not let him fool you too. Nelson looked at my tv initially, yes, he is nice and was thought to be professional. He examined the TV, I gave him a deposit for a part that could be required. However, he wanted to wait to see if it was really needed, when it was determined it was not, he promptly returned my deposit for the part. Subsequently, the tv was acting up again, Nelson, made another visit and it was decided he should order the part, this was December 11, 2017.
