Very professional staff. They always speak, help you when needed, and I never have to wait long. I also took a 6 class course through on-site with Megan who was amazing! She is the kindest, most down to earth instructor ever! I felt like she was more of a friend than a teacher which made me feel comfortable. Megan is very patient and understanding and she will help you when necessary!
I wasn't court ordered but needed a drug test for other reasons. They saw me without an appointment, got me in their system, took my test, had my lab results in 3 days. Very nice people which is hard to find in a setting that also does court ordered testing. Clean facility. Thank you to this team.
Absolutely horrendous experience. I came in for drug testing for a new job, and I have no criminal background, however I was treated as if I had as soon as I walked through the door. The woman on the afternoon shift was short with me, very rude, and had nothing but argumentative statements to make. The man who worked there stated, “I’m sorry, we’re used to working with the bad guys, so it’s weird to be drug testing a ‘good’ guy.” Definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone, even the “bad guys.”
