Do not go to this place if you are disabled. I was referred to On Site Physical Therapy for an evaluation. I parked in handicap parking in the front and went up the steep entrance ramp only to find a tiny sign at the entrance that said to use the east entrance to access the lower level. There's no elevator in the building, so a person in a wheelchair or with a walker or cane cannot get to physical therapy unless they go down two flights of stairs.
