About a week ago I went to this East Kellogg Walmart location for On Site Optometry, to get an eye exam for a new pair of glasses I was going to get from the Vision Center next door to it. Dr. Storment and his staff are very nice and also very knowledgeable. The exam did not take very long, and the new glasses are working excellent. Great job Dr. Storment.
I have to say that Dr. Robs customer service is outstanding. I have been friends with Rob since junior high, and I have been visiting him professionally for about 3 years now. I'm on my 3rd pair of glasses, one lense seemed loose, and he took it upon himself to go ahead and order me a new frame without me asking him. Going the extra mile in customer service these days is hard to find. If you are looking for a great place to take care of your old eyes, go see On Site Optometry. Thanks Dr. Rob!
I love this place.
