The staff is very helpful and willing to work with people. My husband and I got a personal loan with them and everything went very smoothly. Today they surprised us with a text to refinance the loan and get some money sent our way immediately. Great place!!
Well the Portland office is top notch-again and again they give superlative, timely, friendly assistance -they are like having a friend yet they are a business. I really can’t gush enough about them. I have used them for about 20+ years for car buying, mortgage assistance, broken dog legs, car repair, hot water heater repair-you name it and they’ve helped me!!!’ 😁😍

They helped my wife and I in a time of need. It was a simple process and they answered all of our questions and made it easy to borrow what our family needed.
Such a terrible place and experience. I have never been to an institution so unprofessional in my life. From the very beginning, I walked in and was just looked at and not a single word was said. I then sat down to fill out my application and I could see the manager, Deserae or whatever her name is, picking her nose and burping out loud. We all do its but not in a business setting.
