A company that violates municipal bylaws and Landlord Tenant Board rules. Loud and rude employees that don’t care about tenants rights. Will be filing multiple complaints and look forward to the court hearings. Companies like this need to have their business license revoked or not renewed.

Would not recommend. Poor communication. A year wait for restoration to begin and still an unclear plan for the work to be done. Workers responsible to remove damaged contents arrived unprepared for the job. They had to use our tools to take apart large items. Damaged content sat in the driveway for 6 months before being removed. Poor quality work done. Two closet doors installed crooked, the hallway door will not close properly and sticks out at the top. Worst customer service. Dumb Lady at the front desk who tried contacting me seemed like she was least interested to work. Absolute poor communication and customer service. I chose to neglect the business because of her attitude
