Very disappointed with the dispatch experience. The dispatcher was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when I asked basic questions about the load. Clear communication and respect are essential in this industry, and unfortunately that was missing here. I hope management addresses this.

I locked my keys in my car. He showed up in 20 minutes and had it open within 30 of my call. And he only charged $50 for Loveland limits. 100% will call him again for anything!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called with a basic question, and the owner was unbelievably rude, short-tempered, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I don’t know how a business expects to survive treating people like that. If this is how they act before you even walk in the door, I can’t imagine what the actual service is like. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.
We had a “catastrophic failure” of our left front wheel bearing that shut us down in Fort Collins. He came out and got us fixed in a few hours and we have been fine ever since. Excellent repair work and wasn’t intimidated by our big heavy van.
