I locked my keys in my car. He showed up in 20 minutes and had it open within 30 of my call. And he only charged $50 for Loveland limits. 100% will call him again for anything!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called with a basic question, and the owner was unbelievably rude, short-tempered, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I don’t know how a business expects to survive treating people like that. If this is how they act before you even walk in the door, I can’t imagine what the actual service is like. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.
We had a “catastrophic failure” of our left front wheel bearing that shut us down in Fort Collins. He came out and got us fixed in a few hours and we have been fine ever since. Excellent repair work and wasn’t intimidated by our big heavy van.
Available on Sunday when others were not, good communication fast and told us the price for a new tire and work upfront.
They're so awesome and amazing. I needed a tire, They saved me a lot of money and hours of time if I would of went to Loves. I would recommend them, Check them out for all tires and any work on the truck
