Kristina Montebello has been my property manager for a few months now, previously it was Chad. I must say that both of these individuals are certified professionals, and I am grateful for them both. UPDATE: Carrie called me the day after I left this review and she gave us our full security deposit back. Other than that, everything I said still stands. They will keep telling you “we will have an update for you tomorrow”, “we will call you tomorrow” etc… and you won’t hear back from them until you continuously call them.
