Robert has been extremely helpful throughout our entire experience with the company. When we needed service on the garage door he was on it and got us hooked up for repairs immediately! So far, this has been smooth sailing, it’s a nice change from what we’ve experienced before!
I've been using onQ property management services for a few years now. Kristina is my new property manager and she has been awesome! She's responsive to emails, returns calls and goes over everything in detail. I live out of state and only travel to Tucson for limited days, but she handles everything that I need during the short timeframe that I have. I know this all sounds like basic stuff, but it isn't easy to find a good property manager to trust with your property.
If I could only do zero stars. This company is shady. They have tried tacking on additional charges the entire time I have lived here. It took them 3 months to fix my ledger where they were acting like I never put a deposit…. Even though i submitted copies of my receipts multiple times. They are validate as heck. My daughter rents from OQ in Maricopa and has had a good experience. I have a home for rent here in Pima County utilizing their new Tucson office. Tim Hoffman was awesome to work with as I began the on boarding process.
I just brought on On Q to help with listing and managing my property. After speaking with Tim Hoffman, I had more clarity on current market conditions, as I live out of state, and received great guidance on how to maximize ROI as I go through the listing process. Overall, looking forward to continue working with On Q. The on-boarding process is simple and efficient and I appreciated that all the management costs are clearly outlined from the start.
