We needed a screen replaced, and it took quite a long time because of mistakes made by the fabricators, not by property management or the wonderful installer. We are grateful that they did not give up!
My garage door Stopped working, and I called my property managers, Left a message because it was late on Sunday evening Monday morning they called. Got me an appointment with the third-party on a day I was available. The third-party “ Kaiser” came out and fix my door within an hour and it’s been working great., Denise from On Q was Great a pleasure to work with and Gabriel from Kaiser garage was punctual, speedy and professional.
Robert did excellent job helping fix my washer and dryer, as well as my fridge. He was super friendly and efficient. Glad I have him around to help with the rental. Bummer the property management company did not have the house in order prior to renting the house but at least I got Robert!
Kristina Montebello is my property manager and she's absolutely amazing to work with, she always handles my requests promptly, and Christopher Trujillo came to the house today to do an assessment and was wonderful and professional.
Kristina (honestly both Kristina’s….) have been an incredible support. Since Kristina has taken over my housing rental as a property manager she has done an incredible job with strong communication and helping support what is best for tenants and myself. She is always willing to answer all of my questions and keep our property in order which is a huge relief when managing a rental property from miles away.
