Worst experience ever, A/C unit has been out for 4 weeks and the lady that deals with Warranties refuses to call back, constantly “busy” and “talking” to others. Apparently all they need to do is talk to the “installers” yet they continue to put us on the back burner. I would not recommend utilizing them.
My experience with On Point Contracting was extremely disappointing. The first technician arrived nearly three hours before my scheduled appointment and was unable to complete the inspection. I was then instructed to leave my AC off for 24 hours before the next appointment so the system could be properly diagnosed. I followed those instructions exactly, yet the second technician arrived well outside the scheduled appointment window, leaving my home at 95°F. Thank you Jacob Here’s our story On point came out Jacob diagnosed our problem fan motor was out in the attic.A few days later our technician Jacob came out and installed it.That night we noticed a humming and vibration sound so we called our home warranty back to get a recall to come back out and they said it would be 24/48 hrs so we called on point and they got us an appointment for the next day.Jacob comes back out and starts to diagnose the problem it was 140 degrees according to my laser I shot up in the attic.He found ... read more
