Their technicians do not do basic clean up after the job, specifically technicians Deon Brown and Alex. On Point Plumbing needs to train their technicians on how to leave the space exactly how they found it. Their technicians actually leave it "worse" than they found it. Their technicians wrongly assume the homeowner will clean up the mess since it is not a priority to them. Well-run companies train techs to wear shoe covers and use drop cloths or plastic barriers.
