Anthony Pena and his helper did a great job today. They were both friendly and professional and handled the work quickly!
The one star is not based on work, but on how they try to just steal money from you. I was having water pressure issues throughout the house, so i called OnPoint. The guy came, I showed him the problem and then asked me to show him where all the lines connect. No inspection was done nor any attempt to see what could be causing the problem. Just looked at the lines and said that was my issue. Told me " you have pex b pipes, those are trash, and i don't know why they put 3/8 lines they should be 1/2 inch". Anthony did an amazing and effective work very kind employee with efficient work ethic.
On Point technician Luke (through my warranty company) came to my house on time but as soon as he walking the house, he has to use the restroom for number 2, for almost 20 minutes. Very unprofessional. He has to check for gas leak with air pressure and the company charged me $650 but could find the leak that day, after spending 4 hours. Next day 2 new techs came without knowing the details what last person did or did not do. I've to brief them again. After pressure testing, they found the main leak very quickly.
