Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. I booked an appointment a week in advance. When the appointment time arrived, they texted me saying they were running late and gave me a new arrival window. Just as that revised window was about to expire, they called to apologize for an “inconvenience” and told me the next appointment would be TEN DAYS later. Had to make a call to my home warranty because the outlet behind my refrigerator was not working. They sent me service via On Point. The agent that arrived was Jrew Young. Arrived early and was very professional. He even explained a bunch of stuff about my power setup that the solar installers didn’t quite finish correctly. He finished up the service very quickly and I would definitely do business with this company again
Extremely Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I travel every week. I call in to schedule my appointment on October 16th because I have an overflowing sink. Because I was traveling and they didn't have anything available the following week, it was scheduled for Monday October 26th 8-10AM. I just received a call from On point saying that they will not showing up because 3 technicians called in sick. My options were Thursday 10-2pm and that was it, not next day or anything. Juan was professional and very pleasant. I request him by name if that was possible for any of my future plumbing problem.
