On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air is a scam company. Unfortunately, I was assigned this company by AHS. Technician Garth Robertson told me that AHS denied my claim, "BUT" that they could fix the switch for $350. I just spoke with AHS and they said that they denied my claim because the technician stated that the switch was on an "automation system and that my switch was digital." Alexander & Chad were so helpful! They showed up ready to go, I explained what was happening they found the 2 issues and fixed them & left leaving everything tidy! So thankful for them and their help! I called and I was scheduled to have someone out same day! Great company & employees, highly recommend!
