Replacement of water heater and connections. Sergio was very professional and dedicated, after running into an unanticipated situation, he worked diligently to make sure the situation was resolved quickly and completed the replacement in good order. The installation looked good and clean, and very professional. Very satisfied with with the work Sergio put in.
Anthony came out on a Friday afternoon and was able to diagnose why our new hot water heater was not working. He was able to repair the electrical problem and we now have hot water. We are so thankful for Anthony’s quick action and prompt response to our problem. Again, would highly recommend this company.
My home warranty company contracted On Point Plumbing for two of my toilets that were running constantly. Technician Kevin Russell arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues. Without delay Kevin replaced my fill valves on both toilets and the running stopped instantly. Kevin was very professional and courteous. I am grateful that On Point and Kevin was chosen to service my home.
A guy just now May 2 2026 1:33 pm here in Tomball by Costco a guy was very angry behind me as there was traffic. And then I was turning right, and he got around me and went in front of me and then he shot the bird of me and he ran me off the road. And made me hit the curb and now i have a flat tire.
