Shabir was awesome. He came out on a whim, even offering to make a trip on Thanksgiving for a nonurgent roof repair. Came out the next day per my request and gave us a quote I couldn't turn down, and had the job done in about half an hour (two broken clay tiles and one vent repair). He provided pictures of before and after so clients don't have to climb up onto the roof and check the work. I really appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail Shabir!
