Meegan managed one of our properties in Warnbro for several years. In the early stages, communication was clear and she maintained a good rapport with the tenants. Over time, however, we experienced several issues that affected our confidence in the management of the property. Some required documents were not lodged correctly, which contributed to our insurance claim being declined.
