I would not recommend to anyone. They knowingly put me and my son in an apartment that was/is infested with Mold 5x higher than what is considered high levels as they attempted to conceal it and go to the extremes to hide it. I had to pay for my own mold inspection to find this out after 3 months of trying to get them to acknowledge the mold issues. Todd is cool. If you pay rent and are a normal human being that is clean and pays on time they're a pretty hands off landlord which is great
They have nice homes and apartments and the people that work there are so helpful if you have any questions .
