Having a massage is a very personal thing. It is a connection, both physical and emotional. My massage experiences with Colleen at One Point Massage have been transformative! She is an excellent massage therapist, but she also brings “to the table” her kind, sensitive spirit. I always leave feeling physically refreshed and well cared for! She really is amazing.

I've had two massage therapy sessions with Colleen and one planned for this month and have to report she is one of the best massage therapists I've had in all my 49 years! I am a nurse and have a lot of neck and shoulder tightness and knots. I asked her to try to work through without performing deep tissue.
