Philip is the BEST! He will tell you everything you don't want to hear, but that is EXACTLY what you want to hear so that you can evaluate yourself what issues you're okay with living vs what issues are your deal breakers. The first house we put an offer was ostensibly appealing. However, Phil found major foundation concerns and sinking issues in the crawl spaces. Philip is amazing!!! Thorough, honest, helpful, and really cares!!! I can go on and on about Philip. We were worried that he was referred by the seller’s agent, and there might be a lopsided inspection, favoring the seller. I was determined to be present for all the walkthroughs. Looking back, I don’t think our presence or absence would have mattered, because Philip would have still done a honest job nonetheless. We can’t thank him enough for all his diligence and pray his business keeps booming!
Philip is honest, detailed and thorough but very fair. Understands the construction process and won't be afraid to note if something is incorrect or needs further evaluations. solid trust advisor in the home purchasing.
This was the second time we've worked with Philip, and I would do so again! The first time, he found some major issues with a home we were considering and we decided not to move forward (water leakage and mold, along with roof issues). The second time, he definitely found things around the house that we wouldn't have, and even estimates on repair costs that helped us in moving forward with our purchase.
