My thermostat was resetting with a message waiting for equipment continuously. We have the same thermostat upstairs and it just plugs into the wall. I moved the upstairs thermostat downstairs to see if that would correct the problem and it did not so I called Choice and they sent On Point. The technician told me it was the thermostat and when I asked him why the thermostat worked upstairs he said. "I don't know but the system works when I bypass the thermostat."
