Strongly recommend Lisa, Ron & their crew! Start to finish they will be there with you to guide you and ensure you create the practice you worked so hard for!!! On Point did a fantastic job in the design and construction of my dream dental practice. We've been open for a few months now and haven't run into any major maintenance or quality control issues. I especially appreciated their very detailed planning phase where they listened to my vision and input as we modified the floor plan and design choices until it was just how I wanted it. Absolutely would recommend!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Initially, they appeared knowledgeable and professional, but after several calls and meetings, I found their approach to be rigid and dismissive of client input. While I respect the expertise of designers and architects, a successful collaboration requires listening to clients’ goals and preferences. Lisa and her entire team were wonderful to work with. They followed the timeline set forth initially perfectly, which is rare for construction. They were always responsive to any questions or feedback. Most importantly, they gave us a beautiful new office that the entire staff enjoys working in.
