OnPoint Design Build is absolutely amazing. They have exceptional customer service, far better than any of the other 6 businesses I interviewed in the same space. They stayed on time and on budget during my project (which is pretty much unheard of) and were phenomenal to work with. If you're going to build or rebuild your space, look no further than OnPoint. You won't regret it.

My wife and I recently completed the construction of our dental practice, and our experience with OnPoint couldn’t have been better. They helped us design the dental practice of our dreams, offering just the right amount of guidance/support while staying true to our vision. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Initially, they appeared knowledgeable and professional, but after several calls and meetings, I found their approach to be rigid and dismissive of client input. While I respect the expertise of designers and architects, a successful collaboration requires listening to clients’ goals and preferences. I had a fantastic experience with On Point Design Build. They created the office of my dreams, on time, that has an excellent work flow. My office has been open for 7 months now and I absolutely love everything they did. Lisa was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was clear with pricing, timing, etc. Kimaada was my interior designer and she was fantastic.
