Good but older... We were pleased overall with the services we received from Online Realty. We think they did a great job of timely service, call-backs, answering our questions, and taking care of our property when needed. However we find their facilities to be outdated. They seem like they need some new paint and some younger blood to re-energize the people. Would recommend!

She was very attentive in all stages of our purchase and we would highly recommend her.We are very pleased with our home and she was very attentive and helpful. We rented through them We rented our townhome through On Line Real Estate for years. For the most part, they will manage other people's property for them and handle the paper work. You had to stay on them, though for anything to get done. They would let almost everything go if not reminded. The people in our complex, though, tended to be families or older people---so the properties were better taken care of. Compared to others that manage properties in a major college town, they were pretty good.
