Bad Business Practice I took my daughter here to get her hair straightened. A $400 procedure. When She was finished it looked great. But 1 week later the curls were all back. When I called the salon to let them know the process didn't take, they tried giving me every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't their fault. Needless to say they did end up re-doing the process only for it not to take a 2nd time. Didn't bother calling them back a 3rd time, I know the fight I had getting the 1st re-do done. A very BIG Costly Mistake!... read more
Dont go here! I went one time and loved my hair cut. So I went back and had the same person cut my hair. She picked up the wrong scissor and cut off my bangs in the front - rather than thinning them. I then was forced to pay full price for the cut.
The Best in Town. I have been going to the owner of this Salon since I was 15 years old. She is top notch she knows what she is doing and explains how to get the same look at home after you leave her salon. I totally trust her and whenever I come in for a hair cut sit down and let her do her thing. I feel like for the money I am charged I walk away feeling like a million dollars.Brenda is the best and only works with the best. I highly recommend this salon and all the services.
