I called 3 times today and left 2 messages and never received a call back. This happened the last time I needed your service.
In the past I have had great success with this company however now I have no idea how things are done. I called twice today, once in the early morning and then later in the afternoon. I was immediately switched from a human to an answering machine and was told that someone would get back to me 'shortly'. Nothing so far and its now early evening so I called another.
One of your drivers nearly hit me and just about ran me off the road yesterday (12/28/22) before the Carmen Drive exit on I5. Please let this be a reminder to ask your employees to be cordial while using company equipment, and if they are going to drive poorly, do it in their own vehicle.
Took their electricians 3 trips to do the work for our new heat pump, furnace, and panel replacement, and they still forgot to connect the furnace to the actual heat pump. They were a sub-contractor to our HVAC company, but there was little to no communication between the two and something that should have taken a week or two took 6 weeks to complete.
