Very efficient and quick.
They were on time and professional, as well as they cleaned up any debris they made. They forgot to cover one of the electrical boxes but came immediately to cover the box once I made them aware of it.
Great response to my electrical needs, timely and very reasonable.
I felt more comfortable being alone in the house with their female tech.

Left 5 holes in my ceiling. Charged me extra for long-lasting florescent bulbs. One bulb burned out within a month. Have since lost 3 more. Called about my problem; never followed up as promised.

Don't understand your complaint?? We expressed that we don't repair drywall. After removing or replacing your old fixtures. Your Sheetrock was very brittle, so the old mounting holes would have to be patched by a dry wall person. Not an electrician.... We would have gladly replaced your bulbs with the appropriate ones if we had received a call from you, free of charge. We strive on making our clients happy. This is the actual observation from a bonded and licensed electrician I had to hire to correct On Electrics installation. Observations regarding existing RGB LED tape light: RGB LED tape lighting that was installed was of low quality, and therefore has issues giving off a consistent color when using the remote to change colors Multiple different sections were used to accomplish the project so this also adds to the color consistency issues.
