On demand travel you suck. I paid top dollar to travel to Australia and I’m in the furthest back of the plane. I could have booked directly for far cheaper. I will tell everyone I know to never use you

Very helpful. We had questions about international travel. The agent wasn't sure so she was able to provide me with a number to get the question answered. Very friendly.
Super experience. We were having a giant problem with Delta and Joy worked with us to get it right. Noticed that there was money that wouldn't be refunded to us from the e-credit and suggested that the long leg of our overseas trip could be upgraded. It was just a straight pleasure to work with Joy. I've recommended her to friends and family. I only wish I could give a higher rating.
