Very helpful. We had questions about international travel. The agent wasn't sure so she was able to provide me with a number to get the question answered. Very friendly.
Super experience. We were having a giant problem with Delta and Joy worked with us to get it right. Noticed that there was money that wouldn't be refunded to us from the e-credit and suggested that the long leg of our overseas trip could be upgraded. It was just a straight pleasure to work with Joy. I've recommended her to friends and family. I only wish I could give a higher rating.

She's not only top notch when making sure all your travel bases are covered but is one of the nicest people you'll ever have the pleasure of dealing with. She reserved for our family of 5 airline tickets, hotel, passes at Disney, private transfer to Cape Canaveral where we board The Utopia cruise ship and travel insurance.
