They are amazing
The guy will tell you he's sending someone out to take care of a repair. When you call back for an update, he denies you calling it in. Kept saying he would call back in 5 minutes, and never did. Eventually stopped answering the phone. Ignored every email I sent, including the original email with the info. Update: I did call someone else out. You told me you would send a technician shortly the first time. Funny how you can reply to a review, but not phone calls, or email. Great business model.
A very dishonest person. Called to fix a brake jam and almost got me killed with failed brakes.
