The OnDeck associate we dealt with, Shaun Prather, was professional, efficient and meticulous from start to finish. He kept us informed and updated through every step of the process. In addition he was very courteous and friendly.
I want to thank Shaun for his professional assistance. He arrived to our house in a timely manner and set up his equipment while monitoring moisture in our laundry room and pantry. They returned 4 days later to monitor equipment and within a week to 10 days he returned and evaluated the area and was able to remove his equipment. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. This is our first experience with home remediation and it helps to have confidence with the company you use. Thanks again Shaun !
