Edit: charging both me and my insurance IS insurance fraud. Although the girls at the front desk were very sweet and I wish they represented the entire practice, they simply do not. The office manager is hostile and can never be wrong, despite proof.. I have severe medical anxiety (I was literally shaking) and I told the girls at the front desk who were overall understanding. Patient-centered and efficient. All the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel they guide my care while giving the information I need to make my own decisions. I see Kayla Nanna. I switched to this practice as I felt I wasn’t being heard by my previous doctor though I tried to discuss issues in person with him several times. This is what healthcare should look like. I feel heard and valued. I highly recommend this practice for you or those you love.

I recently tried this practice for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience left me very uncomfortable and ultimately led me to decide not to return. I initially tried calling the office to provide feedback directly, but my call was not returned. One of my biggest concerns was the office’s policy requiring in person follow up visits after a physical, even when there are no concerns that would seem to require an additional appointment.
