Great place to live!
Pretty awful place to live. When I moved in, within the first month I found spiders, wasps, and cockroaches in the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I have put in multiple maintenance requests repeatedly for the same things and never got them fixed. My dad had to call them an additional three times before they came to fix our garbage disposal (which I found broken upon moving in). It is the end of June, and the pool still isn't open.
