Never experienced such unprofessional service like this before. I dropped my computer off to repair my broken screen and had to keep calling to find out completion date. Next thing I know computer has a motherboard problem. The computer was working when I dropped it off. John kept telling me his tech would call me. Never did. Finally John and the tech display frustration because they cant explain the problem. Tech tells me I am going to put your cracked screen back in and you can pick up your laptop. Really?
